Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?
“While serving in this role, my goal is to provide Rutgers University students with support and guidance through difficult transitions in their lives. Creating a space where everyone feels accepted and valued is very important. Providing students with alternatives to punitive interventions can lend itself to deeper learning, growth and change. I have a passion for reintegrating students who have had conduct issues back into the community through processes such as restorative justice. My belief is it is never too late to turn things around.”
