Bio: As a Residence Life Coordinator, I want to create an environment where students are able to explore their identities and values with an empowered mindset. Living Learning Communities (LLCs) provide common ground for students to build their interests and networks with likeminded peers, which builds upon the abundance of holistic growth opportunities they can experience with friends outside their LLC. Ensuring students feel supported and have a sense of belonging is key to their academic success and personal growth, and I’m incredibly fortunate and excited to contribute to their journey through higher education at Rutgers!
